DESCRIPTION
CMI Render SP (081) is an environmental friendly, premium quality polymer modified cement/sand render for application on blockwalls, brickwalls and concrete substrates at internal and external application. It is specifically recommended for use as a fine textured sponge finishing for external walls and ceiling to provide an aesthetically pleasant and level wall surface.
CMI Render SP (081) have a characteristic of better adhesion, flexural strength and abrasion resistance with improved water and weather resistance for exterior finishing application. The use of CMI Render SP (081) will eliminates the need for key coats or primer normally required for external wall application or onto smooth concrete surfaces.
USES:
Thin render for application onto blockwalls, brickwall and concrete substrates. Can also be used for levelling and patching works for internal and external application. Do not use on painted surfaces.
